10-Year Warranty

Your AURAE Reformer is covered by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the frame, carriage and mechanical components. If something is not right, we will make it right. Simply reach out to us and we will take care of you.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, production has already begun and we are unable to process a cancellation. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to help.

Returns

Because each AURAE Reformer is crafted to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your reformer arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly and with care.
