Why is the cart not always open?

The AURAE Reformer is crafted to order, with care and the highest standards of quality. We open the cart for a limited time, for a small group of clients, so that every reformer receives the attention it deserves. It is our way of ensuring that each woman who chooses AURAE receives exactly what she came for.

How will I know when the cart opens?

If you are here, you already know. Leave your email and you will be the first to know when the next window opens.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, production has already begun. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to help you.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation. This includes manufacturing, shipping and final delivery. We take our time to get it right, and we will keep you informed with care at every stage of the journey.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Free shipping and reinforced packaging. Your reformer arrives exactly as it was designed: in perfect condition.

Assembly

Is it difficult to assemble?

Not at all. The AURAE Reformer arrives partially assembled with clear, detailed instructions. Most clients complete assembly in under 60 minutes, without any special tools.

Warranty and Returns

What does the 10-year warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects in the frame, carriage and mechanical components. We stand behind every reformer we make, with pride.

What is the returns policy?
